Pulse AI Studios

AI staff, prepared for your business. Managed by Pulse.

Pick one role and the three to five jobs it should take off your desk. We load what a senior hire in that field knows, add your business, connect the tools you approve, check the work, and run it month to month. It drafts. You decide what goes out.

Step one is the AI Systems Audit, from $497. We map the job, pick the role and its workflows, and you get a written scope and a fixed setup price within two business days.

      What arrives on day one

Examples shown for the Sales Agent

The AI platforms give you a capable agent with memory and tools. We start there. What we add is the job: your business loaded, your systems connected, a standard for good work, and someone checking it. That is the file we build. Five parts, built before you ever see it, then tuned to your business in week one. Open the tabs.

Then the part only you can supply: your taste. Which prospect is worth the time, which sentence sounds like you, which deal to walk away from. The agent learns that from your corrections in the first two weeks, which is why we stay in the loop instead of handing you a login.

Three weeks to live. Nothing goes out until week three.

One audit to pick the role. Two weeks where the agent works and you correct it. Then it goes live behind approval gates, and we keep running it. The two orange gates are decisions only you can make.

      Pick the role

What is the job? What systems does it touch? Who checks its work? You leave with one role, three to five repeated workflows, and a fixed price in writing.

      Gate: data statement signed
      Week 1

      Load your business

Offers, pricing, examples of good work, the rules you would give a new hire. Built inside accounts you own.

      Week 2

      Shadow mode

The agent does the work. Nothing goes out. You review drafts, correct them, and the corrections become rules.

Gate: you approve the first live workflow
      Week 3

      Go live, behind gates

It researches, drafts, prepares and routes. A person approves anything that sends, publishes, bills, deletes, signs or changes a live record.

      Ongoing

      Managed by us

We monitor it, tune it, add skills as your needs change, and send a monthly readout: what it produced, what it cost to run, what changed.

Every output carries a receipt: what source it used, what it did, and what it is waiting on. The first drafts you can actually use come in week two, during shadow mode.

      The roster, ready today

Seven roles, each with the five-part file, tuned to your business in week one. Pick one to see what it does, what it needs from you, and what it hands back.

      QA Agent

Reviews every other agent's work before it reaches you: unsupported claims, voice drift, missing approvals, stale numbers. Approve or revise, with a log.

      Included with every role

Coding is the exception. The best coding agents already exist, and we do not rebuild them. If you need one, we set it up on your codebase with your rules and standards, and manage it the same way.

Need a role that is not here? The file structure is the same. We build it from the same five parts.

      Senior‑level preparation. Intern‑level permissions.

The agent knows the job. It still asks before anything leaves the building. Each role has its own limits, printed on its badge. This is the rule under all of them, and it changes only with your sign‑off.

      The agent may

      • Research
      • Draft
      • Summarize and prepare
      • Compare and check
      • Remind and route
      • Generate options

      Not on its own

      • Send a message outside your company
      • Publish
      • Bill or spend
      • Delete
      • Sign
      • Change a live record
      • State a fact without a source
Receipts. Every important output answers five questions: what source did this use, is it current, what is fact and what is inference, what needs your approval, and what proves it happened. If an agent cannot answer those, the output does not ship.

      Your data

      • You own it. It lives in accounts you control. We build with delegated access you can revoke.
      • No training on your data. We use commercial AI accounts with no‑training terms and name every vendor that touches your information.
      • One client, one set of keys. Your material is never mixed with another client's, or with our own agents' memory.
      • When it ends, it ends. We return or delete, and you get a receipt.
      • A one‑page data handling statement comes with every engagement, before anything is loaded.

      What a role costs

A setup fee for the build and the first three weeks. A monthly fee for management. Model usage is passed through at cost, itemized in your monthly readout. What each fee buys is written into the engagement as our responsibility, not a feature list.

Adding a role later: $2,700 – $5,400 setup, because it shares the data load, accounts and QA agent already built. Three or more roles: ask about a team build.

      Setup, first role

      $4,500 – $10,800

One role, three to five workflows, three weeks to live. Where it lands in the range depends on how many systems it touches and how much of your business we load.

      • Workflow scoping and source preparation
      • Integration with the systems you approve, inside accounts you own
      • Shadow mode, acceptance testing and go-live gates
      • QA agent and data handling statement included

      Management

      $900 – $2,250/month

We carry the operating and quality responsibility: monitoring, QA on every output, corrections turned into rules, upkeep, and the readout. Banded by number of roles and volume.

      • Skills added as your needs change
      • Monthly readout: produced, cost, changed
      • Model usage at cost, itemized
      • Cancel with 30 days' notice; your data goes with you

Compare it with the work, not the headcount. An Agent on Demand is priced against the repeated work it takes off one desk: the call prep, the follow-ups, the pipeline hygiene, the first drafts. In the audit we name those workflows and the hours they take today, so you can see what the fee buys before you pay it. Keep a platform plan; it gives you the model and the memory. Our fee is for the job built on top of it: scoped to your business, connected to your systems, checked, and run.

Setup pays forScoping, preparation, integration, testing, onboarding
Management pays forMonitoring, QA, corrections, upkeep, the monthly readout
Usage pays forModel usage, at cost, itemized
You keepYour accounts, your data, and every decision to send
We do not price this as a replacement for a person. We price it against the work it takes off their desk, and the audit puts that work in writing first. Model usage is passed through at cost and confirmed in your first monthly readout.

      Questions you will ask

Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?
Use them. We do: our agents are built on the same models. What you pay Pulse for is the work around the agent. We scope the job for your business, load your knowledge, connect the systems you approve, set the limits, check every output, and run the operation month to month, and those responsibilities are written into the engagement. If a platform plan can do your job on its own, we will tell you that in the audit.
      Can it do everything?
No. The right first build is one role with a handful of repeated workflows, clear inputs, useful outputs and a human approval point. That is how it becomes useful without becoming reckless.
      Will it replace my people?
It brings what a senior hire would know. It does not bring their judgment, their relationships or their accountability. Your people direct it, and the repeated work comes off their desk.
What if it gets something wrong?
It will, early. That is what shadow mode and the QA agent are for. Nothing sends, publishes or bills without a person. Mistakes get caught in the draft queue, not in your customer's inbox.
Which AI models does it run on?
Whichever fits the job. Each role runs on the model that does its work best, on commercial accounts with no-training terms, and we name every vendor that touches your data. If a contract requires that your data never leave your building, ask about a local build.
Is the Operations Agent the same as your Private AI Chief of Staff?
Same build, different wrapper. The Private AI Chief of Staff is the 14-day flagship for one executive. The Operations Agent is that build offered under the Agents on Demand roster, so you can add it next to a Sales or Finance role on one management plan.
What do you need from me to start?

Name the job and the three to five things it should take off your desk. We come back with the role, the file and a fixed price. You teach it your taste.
